Driver Submission Terms & Conditions
By submitting a driver to the World Karting Rankings (WKR) database, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Accuracy of Information
You confirm that the driver information you are submitting is accurate and refers to a real, active competitive kart racer. You certify that the name, nationality, and racing category provided are correct to the best of your knowledge. Submitting false, fictitious, or misleading information is strictly prohibited.
2. Legitimate Submissions Only
This form is intended solely for the purpose of adding legitimate competitive karting drivers to the WKR database. Any misuse of this form, including but not limited to submitting fake names, spam entries, or offensive content, may result in your email being blocked from future submissions.
3. Review and Approval Process
All driver submissions are subject to review and approval by the WKR team. Submission of a driver does not guarantee inclusion in the database. The WKR team reserves the right to reject any submission without providing a reason. Approved drivers will be added to the database at the discretion of the WKR team.
4. Data Usage
The driver information you submit (name, nationality, category) will be stored in the WKR database and displayed publicly on the WKR website as part of the rankings system. Your email address will only be used to contact you regarding your submission and will not be shared with third parties or displayed publicly.
5. No Guaranteed Rankings
Adding a driver to the database does not automatically assign them a ranking or score. Rankings are calculated based on verified race results from tracked championships and events. Newly added drivers will receive a base score until race data becomes available.
6. Consent and Authority
By submitting a driver, you represent that you have the authority or consent to add this person to a public karting database. If you are submitting on behalf of a minor (under 18), you confirm you are their parent, legal guardian, or authorized team representative.
7. Right to Remove
Drivers or their authorized representatives may request removal from the WKR database at any time by contacting contact@wkr.live. The WKR team also reserves the right to remove any driver entry at its sole discretion.
8. Limitation of Liability
WKR provides rankings and driver information on an “as is” basis. WKR makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of rankings and scores. WKR shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of or reliance on information in the database.
9. Modifications
WKR reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the submission form constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
